Helpline Orientation Being of Service is a Gift

The helpline volunteer is often someone’s first interaction with Narcotics Anonymous. By answering questions, offering reassurance and directing the addict to a meeting you perform a vital service. When the caller asks to speak to a volunteer the call is directed anonymously to your personal phone.

Time commitment: 2 hours a week from home. There is a 1-year clean time requirement.

All Helpline volunteers must complete a yearly Orientation.
